THE OFFICIAL NOCS COSTUME CONTEST IS BACK!

Think your costume slays? Prove it this Saturday, October 25th at Nightmare on Chicago Street!

 

REGISTRATION:

• 6:00–7:30 p.m. at Side Street Studio Arts (15 Ziegler Ct., Elgin, IL)

• Registration closes SHARP at 7:30 — no exceptions!

 

CATEGORIES & PRIZE MONEY

• Best Horror/Zombie – $175

• Best Fantasy/Sci-Fi/Superhero – $175

• Best Couple/Group – $300

• Overall Winner – $350

• Contestants will fill out a short form, snap a photo, and get ready to impress!

• Finalists announced via text at 7:45 p.m. and posted at @SideStreetStudioArts

 

ON-STAGE FINALS

• Check in at North Side of Stage 1 (Tower Building) by 8:00 p.m.

• Showtime begins 8:30 p.m. — judged LIVE by audience applause with hosts Elliott Serrano & Svengoolie !

 

RULES REMINDER:

• No weapons. No hate. No nudity. Be spooky, not sketchy.

• Under 18? Bring a parent!

• Prize winners will be contacted by the City of Elgin for check processing (2–3 weeks).
