Boys & Girls Club of Elgin provides afterschool and summer programs in (7) seven sites throughout the Elgin Area.  Our mission is to enable all young people especially those who need us most to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.  Over 60% of our Registered Members come from homes with an annual household income below $10,400.00 a year.  We provide hope and opportunity on a daily basis. The Elgin Area Chamber provides leadership in creating a positive economic environment as the lead business advocate in our region. Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley ReStore

ReStore is a 40,000 sq.ft. retail facility that accepts donated new and gently used home improvement materials from individuals, retailers, manufacturers, distributors and contractors. The materials are sold to the public at greatly reduced prices. The funds generated support the home construction program of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley. Youth United Way

Youth United Way is a group of high school and middle school students dedicated to community service and improving the quality of life of their friends and neighbors in the Elgin area. Formed in 1997, and sponsored by the United Way of Elgin, Youth United helps young people develop leadership skills and lean the value of volunteering for benefit of the community in which they live.
