TICKETING FAQs:

Q: If I bought tickets online and all attendee names are the same does it matter?
A: No, the name does not matter. Each ticket has a unique QR code that we scan at the gate.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket?
A: NO, in fact we recommend you do not as long as you can bring it up on your mobile device. You can take a photo or screenshot of the ticket as we just need to scan the QR code. Printed paper copies can wrinkle making scanning the QR code difficult.

Q: What if I cannot find my ticket email and links?
A: Do not worry. A designated person at each gate will be there to look them up for you with your name and email used to purchase the online tickets.

Q: I got the email but am not sure how to open or download my ticket, what do I do?
A: Click on the ticket link (URL) and it will open the ticket. You can not “download” it but you can take a screenshot. Then just show the photo on your phone at the gate so we can scan the ticket’s QR code.

Q: What happened to $12 early tickets?
A: There were only a limited $12 tickets and they have sold out. All tickets purchased online or at the gate are $15.
